DIMEA has signed Cooperation Agreements (Memoranda of Understanding – MOU) with various institutions, both domestic and foreign. In particular, it has developed collaborations with the following:

• Inspektorati Shtetëror I Mbikëqyrjes së Tregut (Albanian Authority for the Protection of Intellectual Property)
• React: The Anti-Counterfeiting Network, in order to exchange information and raise awareness in the public
• Anti-Fraud Organization of the EU (OLAF), joint actions in the Greek territory for fraud issues
• European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), cooperation of DIMEA with the European office in matters of intellectual property, creating campaigns and information material for the public
• World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), collaboration to promote/adopt good practices for dealing with Intellectual Property issues
